Il palazzo bianco che si vede riflesso nella foto è uno di quelli più alti in città. |
In Rome there are many tall buildings. The fault is of a very old law that prevents building higher than the dome of St. Peter (136 meters).
The white building that is reflected in the photo is one of the tallest in the city. It is 15 floors high, the first 4 are used for offices and is remaining at home. |

On the whole, do people think that is a good law?
Having lived in the City of London on the 30th floor of a 40 floor tower, and loved it, I think some may be missing out. But does it look good from below?
