Ecco due cose che è facile trovare a Roma: un obelisco e un gabbiano.
Se tutto sommato è normale trovare obelischi nella città eterna, forse lo è un po’ di meno trovare i gabbiani.
Il fenomeno è dovuto alla grande quantità di scarti alimentari prodotti dalla città. Questi scarti diventano così la fonte principale di sostentamento per questi uccelli. La presenza di un grande fiume come il Tevere contribuisce a creare il loro habitat ideale. |
Here are two things that is easy to find in Rome: an obelisk and a seagull.
If after all is normal to find obelisks in the eternal city, maybe it is a little ‘less to find the seagulls. The phenomenon is due to the large amount of food waste products from the city. These differences thus become the main source of livelihood for these birds. The presence of a large river like the Tiber, helps to create their ideal habitat. |
