So much atmosphere in this photo! Sometimes there's fog too in California, near the coast as well as in the mountains;)
That looks like my area, just a few miles south of San Francisco, on the Pacific coast. Sometimes, you can't see more than a few feet in front of you!!

As I said, this fog is not natural for Rome, certainly not at 9 a.m.
