Beh, non ci crederete ma “dentro” un’installazione fatta interamente di bamboo! Big Bambú (questo il nome dell’opera realizzata da realizzata dagli artisti statunitensi Mike e Doug Starn) è una gigantesca installazione site specific. Si tratta di un intreccio di migliaia di aste di bambù che si sviluppano fino a circa 25 metri di altezza attraverso un metodo tradizionale di incastri e intrecci. E la cosa bella è che Big Bambù è liberamente percorribile dai visitatori, con tanto di piazzole e salottini a diverse altezze. Camera: Nikon D5100 |

Well, you won’t believe it but “inside” an installation made entirely of bamboo! Big Bambú (this is the name of the work created by made by American artists Mike and Doug Starn) is a gigantic site specific installation. It is a network of thousands of bamboo rods that grow up to about 25 meters in height through a traditional method of joints and connections. And the great thing is that Big Bambù is freely accessible by visitors, with lots of pitches and lounges at different heights. Camera: Nikon D5100 |
